Return Policy

Most products sold on Gaonsay.com are non-returnable due to the nature of the items unless they meet the conditions mentioned below.

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product is defective at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging, labels, tags, and invoice must be intact.

  • Proof of damage (such as clear photos or videos) may be required.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Requests made after the 7-day return period.

  • Products marked as non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (as applicable).

  • If bank transfer is required, you may be asked to provide your Bank Account Number, Account Holder Name, Bank Name, and IFSC Code.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Any applicable shipping, payment gateway, or other charges (where applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, if eligible under this policy, you may request a return after delivery.
